Homemade Sausage Rosemary Salad Bread Recipe

saucegives it a slightly salty taste, making the flavor more appealing. Using sausage and rose flower lettuce
shaped bread ingredients: 200 grams of high-gluten flour,an egg 50 grams,milk 82 milliliters, yeast 2 grams, sugar 25 grams, salt 2 grams,butter 16 grams, ham 3 slices, chives 1 stalk, lettuce sauce as needed.
Rose Flower Sausage Lettuce Shaped Bread recipe:
1. Put all the dough ingredients except butter into the bread maker.
2. Choose the dough program and knead for 15 minutes.
3. Add softened room temperature butter and knead for another 15 minutes, able to stretch a thin membrane.

4. After kneading well, shape the dough and put it in a container, cover with cling film, and place in a warm place to rise.
5. After about an hour, the dough rises to 2.5 times its original size; the rising is especially fast in a room with central heating.
6. Prepare the filling ingredients: dice the ham, chop the chives, and prepare the lettuce sauce.

7. After the risen dough has been deflated, divide it into six parts.
8. Each part is further divided into four larger pieces and one smaller piece.
9. Roll out the slightly larger pieces of dough to form sheets, and shape the smaller piece into a strand.

10. Stack the four dough sheets vertically, making sure to add ham cubes and chive ends between them; then squeeze on some lettuce sauce.
11. Roll it up and cut in half lengthwise with a knife to create two rose-shaped bread pieces each.
12. Repeat this process for all six portions of dough to get twelve rose-shaped pieces, which are placed into the Xuelux 12-piece square mold.

13. Place them in the oven with a bowl of hot water inside, turn on the proofing function until they rise twice their size, then brush with egg wash from the recipe.yolk water.
14. Bake in the middle layer at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.

15. Once baked, remove the bread from the mold when it's cool enough to handle and store in a sealed bag with the fingers still warm; pair with coffee or milk tea for an exquisite afternoon tea session.
