Homeemade Peppa Pig Fondant Cookie Recipe


Peppa Pig animated series tells the story of the main character Peppa, a very cute pink piglet. She enjoys playing games, looking pretty, taking vacations, and happily jumping in small mud puddles! In addition to these activities, she loves exploring everywhere; although sometimes she encounters some minor issues, she always turns danger into safety and brings everyone unexpected surprises!

Rice flour 130g, Butter 75g, egg liquid 20g, powdered sugar 60g, egg white 20g, powdered sugar 150g, Lemon juice a few drops, food coloring as needed Steps
1. Cut the butter into pieces and soften at room temperature.

2. Add the powdered sugar.

3. Without plugging in the electric beater, mix the butter and powdered sugar with the beater. Afterward, turn on the beater and beat until the butter expands in volume and turns pale white.

4. Gradually add the egg liquid; ensure each addition is fully mixed before adding the next to blend all ingredients until smooth.

5. Sift in the rice flour.

6. Mix by hand until a dough forms.

7. Wrap it well with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

8. After chilling, remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator. Place it on a floured board covered with plastic wrap, then cover again before rolling out to about 5mm thickness.

9. Once rolled, peel off the top layer of plastic wrap and use molds or toothpicks to cut out shapes as desired.

1. Mix the butter and powdered sugar first to avoid powder splashes during beating.
2. Do not add too much egg liquid at once; otherwise, you might end up with separated oil and water.
