Cut the red pepper into strips after washing it and removing the seeds.Steps: First, put the flour in a bowl and pour in the anchovy broth with a little salt, stirring to make a smooth batter without lumps.

Next, mix the mung bean sprouts into the batter thoroughly. Set aside after mixing well.

Heat some cooking oil in a flat pan, then pour one portion of the batter onto it and spread evenly. Place several strips of red pepper on top of the batter.After the batter is set, flip to cook the other side until both sides are lightly golden. When done, remove from the pan and serve on a plate.

Method steps:

2 Add the mung bean sprouts to the batter and stir evenly. Set aside when done.

3 In a non-stick pan, heat an appropriate amount of cooking oil and spread it evenly. Pour in one scoop of the batter and flatten it. Then place several red pepper strips on top of the batter.

4 Fry until the batter is set, then flip it over. When both sides are lightly golden, Korean bean sprout pancake is ready. Remove from heat and serve.
