Homemade Oil-Free Yogurt Cake Recipe


Like light cheesemilk egg powdered cake, those who like yogurt must also enjoy this refreshing cheesecake. Though not as rich in flavor,
making materials main ingredients are
5 eggs, 200g homemade yogurt, 90g low-gluten flour,sugar 70g, white vinegar a few drops. steps Separate the egg yolks and whites; add homemade yogurt to the yolk bowl. 2. Mix the egg yolks and yogurt thoroughly.
3. Sift in low-gluten flour and continue mixing.

A tip: My yogurt is homemade without added sugar; if using store-bought yogurt, adjust the amount of sugar accordingly.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, place the cake in the middle layer.Place a baking tray with a small amount of water on the lower layer. Steam-bake for 1 hour using the water bath method. Do not turn the cake upside down after baking; let it cool before refrigerating (it can also be eaten immediately, but tastes better chilled).
