Homemade Sausage Sandwich Rolls Recipe


Make breakfast.,Toast and ham sausages are paired well together. However, my high school daughter has such a scarce time slot for her breakfast,morning meal that even peeling the ham sausage skin takes up too much time. Rolling the ham inside the toast and roasting it is extremely convenient!

high-gluten flour 250 grams. sugar 35 grams, milk 120 grams, yeast 4 grams, egg 1 piece, butter 20 grams, 8 ham sausages, Steps
1. Mix all ingredients except butter and ham sausages.

2. Knead until it reaches the development stage.

3. Add softened butter and knead until completely developed, i.e., you can pull out transparent dough film that does not break.

4. Shape into a ball and cover for fermentation.

5. Ferment until doubled in size; poke with your finger to ensure it does not collapse or retract — fermentation is complete.

6. Deflate and divide into eight equal-sized pieces, cover and let rest for ten minutes.

7. Take one piece and roll it into a long strip.

9. Roll it up.

10. Cut the ham sausages with a knife but do not cut through the dough skin.

11. Flip the cut ends of the ham sausages to the outside, then roll up.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.Bake until done.
Tip: For a redder appearance, you can brush with egg wash; I did not use any, so it is lighter in color.
