Homemade Rose Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients: large green onion,pork meat filling,ginger,soy sauce,,white pepper powder, Sichuan peppercorn powder, sesame oil,wonton wrappers. Skin Dipping sauce: vinegar,

sugar,and chili oil.(Adjust to taste if desired)Steps: 1. Mix the meat filling with a little salt, adding water gradually and stirring in one direction until well combined.

2. Add soy sauce, mix evenly, then add ginger paste, white pepper powder,

Sichuan peppercorn powder, and salt; stir until well mixed.

3. Finally, add sesame oil and stir until blended.4. Cover with cling film and refrigerate to chill before use. 5. Cut the large green onion into fine pieces.

6. Mix the green onion into the meat filling gently; the meat and green onion mixture is ready.

7. Take four wonton wrappers and place them horizontally, slightly overlapping each other at the edges.

8. Apply a little water on one edge of the wrapper.

9. Spread some filling in the center of the wrapper.

10. Fold up the wrapper from the bottom edge towards the top.

11. Roll it to the right, making sure all edges are sealed; the rose-shaped dumpling raw pieces are ready.

12. Mix vinegar and sugar, then add chili oil for the dipping sauce; prepare before use.

(Adjust according to personal taste)

13. Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan,and place the prepared dumplings inside, arranging them neatly. 14. Cook over medium heat until the bottom is golden brown and set.

15. Add an appropriate amount of water when you hear sizzling sounds.16. When the liquid has evaporated and there are no more sizzling sounds, remove from heat. 17. Serve with the prepared dipping sauce poured over the dumplings.(or adjust to personal taste)
