Steps to make jam cake roll:
1. Prepare the ingredients listed in the recipe.

2. Place parchment paper on a baking tray.

3. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two separate, clean bowls with no water or oil.

4. Add Sugar 10g,Milk, corn oil to the yolk bowl, mix well with an egg whisk (hand-held mixer).

5. Sift in the measured flour into the yolk mixture and mix until smooth and free of lumps.

6. Fold the batter gently until it is smooth and lump-free.

7. Start whipping the egg whites, add a few drops of Lemon juice, then gradually incorporate granulated sugar (30g) in three stages.

8. Whipped egg whites should not be over-whipped; stop when they just form soft peaks (as shown).

9. Preheat the Oven to 120 degrees Celsius. Mix one-third of the whipped whites into the yolk mixture and blend well.

10. Return this mixture back to the remaining whites, mixing thoroughly with a gentle folding motion to avoid over-mixing. Be careful not to over-fold or you may deflate the batter excessively.

11. Pour the prepared cake batter onto the parchment paper on the baking tray and spread it evenly.

12. Tap the baking tray gently on the table a few times to remove large air bubbles.

13. Place the baking tray in the oven's lower shelf (second from the bottom), set at 120 degrees for two minutes.

14. After 20 minutes, carefully take the tray out of the oven (be careful it is hot).

15. Invert the cake with parchment paper onto a cooling rack and remove the original parchment paper while the cake is still warm.

16. Place new parchment paper under the cake roll, use rolling pin to roll up firmly, ensuring the roll is tight.
