Ingredients

Steps

1 Place the soybean paste in a large bowl and dilute it with some water. Cut the cucumber, beetroot, and Chinese cabbage into strips; cut the celery into pieces, green garlic into mince, and mutton into pieces.

2 Heat the wok with oil, add ginger slices to stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chopped mutton pieces and stir-fry, followed by adding the chopped scallions and continue stir-frying. Remove the ginger slices afterward.

3 Stir-fry the mutton until fat is rendered out, then add the soybean paste and simmer.meat sauce should come to a full boil before removing from heat and serving in a bowl.

4 Blanch the Chinese cabbage, celery, soybeans, and mung bean sprouts in boiling water.noodles should be cooked thoroughly and placed in a bowl. Lastly, arrange all the side dishes on the plate, then spoon some of the fried sauce over them. Enjoy!
