Homemade Lotus Seed Paste and Sesame Pastry Bread Method




Golden yellow buns, enveloping sweet and fine mung bean paste, sprinkled with crunchy and tasty sesame seeds,with a soft, fragrant, and rich texture, incredibly delicious. Main ingredients:
Rice flour high-gluten 300 grams,corn oil 30 grams, 1 egg,sugar 40 grams, salt 1.5 grams,yeast 3 grams, milk 140 milliliters Auxiliary ingredients: beaten egg liquid (for brushing surface) as needed, mung bean paste 100 grams, sesame seeds 20 grams Steps:1. Mix all ingredients except salt, yeast, corn oil, and auxiliary materials, knead until no dry powder remains, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes, then add yeast (knead to dissolve) → salt (knead to develop gluten) → corn oil (knead to fully extensible state). 2. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
3. After rising, deflate the dough and divide into 6 portions.
4. Roll each portion into an oval shape.
