Steps for Simple Sausage Pizza:
1. Prepare ingredients: high-gluten flour, yeast, sugar, egg, butter, cheese, tomato, bell pepper, onion, and tomato sauce.

2. Dissolve sugar in warm water, add yeast powder, and wait for the yeast to foam;Melt the oven butter inthe oven.

Put the yeast, butter, and egg into high-gluten flour, mix well until a dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise until 1.5 times its original size. During the rising of the dough, cut the bell pepper and tomato into small pieces; chop the onion into small pieces; and slice the sausage into strips.4. 1. Due to the lower temperature recently, I preheated the oven at 70 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes and then placed the dough in the oven; so about 30 minutes is needed for rising.
2. As my pizza pan was small, I only used part of the egg; some was left over.
