Steps for making protein coconut balls:
Prepare 2 clean egg whites, measure out the low flour, milk powder, sugar and coconut flakes (for dough) according to ingredient quantities;

Mix the measured low flour, milk powder, sugar and coconut flakes in a container evenly;

Stir the egg whites with a fork until well beaten;
