Black Fungus Spring Wraps How to make:
1. Wash and peel the potato, cut it into thin strips. Soak in water, wash black fungus
2. Heat a pan with oil, add chopped green onion and ginger for flavoring, then add black fungus and stir-fry, followed by adding potato strips stir-fry, add salt,soy sauce,malt vinegar stir-fry until evenly coated, season with monosodium glutamate (MSG) and sesame oil before serving in a dish.

Knead into a strip and cut into equal portions, pair two together, brush oil in between, place on an electric griddle without adding oil, cover and cook for 15 seconds per side.
5. Place the stir-fried potato strips in the middle of the wrap, fold to eat.
