How to Make Homemade Autumn Pear Paste

When feeling a cough or sore throat, take one to two spoons of autumn pumpkin jam mixed with warm water and drink it. It not only has the effect of moistening the throat and stopping cough but also tastes sweet without any medicinal taste.

How to make homemade autumn pumpkin jam
1. Prepare the required materials

2. Wash and peel the pumpkins, remove the seeds, and cut them into appropriate sizes for the food processor or blender.

3. Process the pumpkins in batches until very fine, making sure to blend the ginger with the pumpkins at this stage.

4. Transfer the processed pumpkin and ginger mixture along with rock sugar, monk's fruit, and lemon juice into a pot and simmer for 30 minutes.

5. After cooking, it should look like a thick paste; let it cool down before straining out the pulp and retaining only the liquid.
