Three Cup Mushroom Video Recipe


Three-cup mushrooms require ingredients:Shiitake mushrooms,.Mushrooms of apricot, Pomfret mushrooms,mushroom tips, dried shiitake mushrooms , perilla leaves, garlic, soy sauce or oyster sauce. The method for three-cup mushrooms:
1. Fry minced garlic until fragrant, soften and cut dried shiitake mushrooms, and prepare all mushroom ingredients accordingly.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add dried shiitake mushrooms first to stir-fry together, then successively add other mushroom ingredients, cooking until the mushrooms release their water.
The ingredients are well-colored and flavored before adding mushroom tips and perilla leaves at last. Season and flavor first, then add the daylilies and bush basil last.
