Black Pepper Chicken Steak Rice Video

The steps for making black pepper chicken cutlet rice:
1 Cut the chicken breast horizontally into two pieces, pound them loose, then marinate with 3 grams of black pepper powder, 5 ml of cooking wine, 5 ml of soy sauce, 5 grams of sugar, and 2 grams of salt for 20 minutes or longer if preferred.
