How to make Pak choi and Doubanjiang Crisps:

1 Place the washed fresh adzuki beans in a steamer pot and steam for 2-3 minutes. Once done, transfer them to a dish to cool.

2 Clean the pak choi and chop it into fine pieces. Soak it briefly in water again before squeezing out the excess moisture and placing it on a plate. Next, place the cooled adzuki beans in a blender, blend them into a paste, and mix with a large bowl. Add the chopped pak choi, along with a bit of butter, and thoroughly mix.
