How to Make Stir-fried Greens with Tofu Video


Small Chinese cabbage stewed with tofu ingredients: 500g tofu, 300g clear broth, 500g chives,300g potato, cooked pork fat,fine salt,monosodium glutamate (MSG), chopped scallions minced ginger each to taste.
How to make stewed tofu with chives:
1. Cut the tofu into square slices, blanch them and then chop the washed chives. Slice the potato and cook it in seasoned broth until tender.
2. Heat oil in a pot, add chopped scallions and minced ginger to stir-fry until fragrant, then add the clear broth, tofu, chive pieces, and cooked potato slices. Season with salt, MSG, and pour some cooking oil before serving into a dish.
