1. Peel and cut the eggplant into pieces, steam until soft and fully cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Steam the tuna with ginger and oil separately until cooked.
3. After steaming, remove the liquid from the salted fish and drain the water from the eggplant.
4. In a wok, add oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the salted fish and stir-fry until it is dispersed, followed by adding the eggplant and mix well. Additional oil can be added for better mixing before serving.
