Lau Nai Qing Steaming Eggplant The method:

1. Cut the eggplant into strips about 1 cm thick and slice the preserved meat.

2. Place the eggplant on a plate, then place the sliced preserved meat on top of it. Steam over boiling water for 8 minutes on high heat.
