How to Make Beef Stir-fried with Pickled Cabbage Video

The sour taste napa cabbage is stir-fried beef strips The ingredients are: 1/4 napa cabbage, 6 ounces beef strips,chili 1 piece,ginger slices, 4 garlic cloves, salt,soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, tenderizer, alcohol, sesame oil, white vinegar


How to cook sour cabbage stir-fried beef:

First, cut the napa cabbage into long strips for later use.

Second, take a container and mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken powder, sugar, tenderizer, alcohol. Marinate the beef strips with this mixture for about 30 minutes, then fry the beef until done before setting aside.

Third, heat up a wok and add 2 tablespoons of oil to sauté the chili, ginger slices, and garlic heads first. Add the napa cabbage and stir-fry quickly over high heat, then add the marinated beef strips and cook together for a moment. Add thin soy sauce, chicken powder, sugar, alcohol and stir briefly. Before turning off the heat, you can add some white vinegar to season and it's ready to serve out of the wok.
