1. Peel the taro and cut it into slices (the thickness should be roughly equal, not too thin). Take a little bit of pickled chili peppers and chop them up. Squeeze half a lemon into the pickled chili water, add a small amount of salt, mix with pure water, and then add the chopped pickled chili peppers.

2. Put the taro slices in boiling water to blanch. Add goji berries during blanching. Once the taro is cooked, remove it from the pot and immediately place it in ice water to cool down completely.
