Braising Ribs Pork Ribs Ingredients:Rib meat or baby back ribs, fresh ginger and scallions,star anise one piece, salt, sugar,soy sauce maltose wine,monosodium glutamate (MSG), boiling water

     How to make braised pork ribs: 1. Heat up some cooking oil in a wok, add ginger and scallions to stir-fry until fragrant, then add rib meat and stir-fry,

2. Once the meat turns white, add soy sauce, maltose wine, and sugar, then add enough boiling water to just cover the ribs,

3. After bringing it to a boil,

4. simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.5. Check that the ribs are tender, adjust seasoning with salt if needed, then cook on high heat to thicken the sauce. 6. The perfect braised pork ribs are ready.

Ensure the spare ribs are cooked through before adding salt to taste.
