How to cook stir-fried sticky rice cake and Chinese green vegetables:

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2. Cut the mugwort sticky rice cakes into thin slices of uniform thickness.

3. Boil the mugwort sticky rice slices for three minutes, then cool them down and set aside.

4. Heat some oil in a wok.

5. Add shiitake mushroom strips and stir-fry.

6. Stir-fry until the shiitake mushrooms are soft.

7. Add Hetudai Bai, let it turn slightly green, then add light soy sauce and cane sugar.

8. Add the mugwort sticky rice slices, add cow bone soup stock to simmer for a short while.

9. Season with a little salt before serving in a dish.
