The recipe for lemon chicken cutlet:
1. Pound the chicken breast with a meat mallet and marinate it with ginger slices, black pepper powder, soy sauce, and salt to infuse flavor;
2. Beat the egg into a batter; dip the marinated chicken in the batter;

3.Flat-bottomed pan pour oil into a flat-bottomed pan, heat the oil until it's hot, then place the battered chicken cutlets in the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown;
4. While frying the chicken cutlets, prepare a sweet and sour sauce using white vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, black pepper powder, and a little bit of soy sauce;5. Pour the sauce into the pan (add several slices of lemon for better flavor), cover the pan and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens (flip the chicken cutlets once during cooking); 6. Remove the chicken cutlets from the pan, slice them, and serve on a plate.
