Foreign Snack Vietnamese Noodle Soup

   Vietnam rice noodles The ingredients are:vermicelli,beefgreen bell peppers,red bell peppers,white onion,small spring onions,caperschili flakes,cilantro,peanuts,thin rice paper leaves,Vietnamese fish sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, white vinegar,light soy sauce,sugar Leaf, water,perilla leaves, water, lettuce,green bean sprouts,

   lemon slices Vietnamese rice noodle recipe:
1. Finely chop the small spring onions and slice the beef, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, white onion for later use.
2. In a pan, sauté the small spring onion threads until golden brown, then drain the oil and set aside. Slice the beef, green and red bell peppers, and white onion into strips for later use.
3. Remove the skin from the peanuts and blend them to make crushed peanuts with some texture.
4. Cook the vermicelli until done, then set it aside. Cut the capers finely.
5. In a bowl, add water, fish sauce, white vinegar, sugar sweet chili sauce, and chopped chilies (to taste) to make the noodle sauce.white vinegar 6. In a pan, sauté the onion strips, green and red bell pepper strips until soft, then add the marinated beef (fish sauce, light soy sauce, lemongrass pieces) and stir-fry until half-cooked before removing from heat.
7. Place some lettuce leaves at the bottom of a bowl,
green bean sprouts mung beans,.. Then place the cooked vermicelli in the bowl, arrange the stir-fried lemongrass beef on top of the noodles, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro, chopped coriander, perilla leaves, spring onion threads, crushed peanuts, chili flakes, and shredded thin rice paper.8. Serve by pouring the prepared noodle sauce over it.it can be served by drizzling the well-seasoned rice flour sauce when ready to eat.
