Black Sesame Pudding Recipe Video

For single servings, simple and easy to operate, but I didn't pay much attention to it; no fancy tools, no distinction between fresh milk and cream, just pure milk.Use 250ml of milk.。
Ingredients:
Black sesame Sesame seeds 15g
milk 250ml
sugar 15g
gelatin 5g
Steps for making black sesame pudding:
Prepare the ingredients.

Grind the black sesame into powder to fully release its aroma in the pudding. Since I don't have a grinder, I used a rolling pin and a knife. Soften the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes, then melt them by gently heating over water.

Add sugar to the milk and heat it (do not let it boil). Add the gelatin and black sesame to step 6. Place the container in ice water, stir until thickened, then pour into glasses and refrigerate for more than 3 hours.

Tips:
1. You can use 250ml of pure milk or peanut milk, which is even sweeter and very tasty! 2. Stir in ice water until thickened to prevent the black sesame from sinking to the bottom before the gelatin sets.
Liquid will settle over time with black sesame at the bottom, unevenly distributed and not as visually appealing. Liquid, after standing still the black sesame seeds all sink to the bottom, unevenly distributed, making the taste and appearance less appealing.
