The video for how to make authentic banana bread (Matt Garner)

I bought six bananas last week.Originally, I planned to eat one every morning. Later, I ate two, leaving four behind. But forgetting to eat them, they became spoiled after sitting for too long.I couldn't bear to throw them away and decided to make a banana bread with them. Actually, if you have a oven, you can follow my simple recipe to make a banana bread.
Banana bread is a convenient snack
that's easy to prepare. The ingredients include: 4 ripe bananas,
- an egg,
- half a cup of all-purpose flour,a cup of white sugar,
- three-quarters of a cup of unsalted butter, one teaspoon of baking soda,a handful of chopped walnuts, (all purpose flour)
- and a little salt.
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, then heat the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds until melted.Place the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Add the melted butter and mix well.
- Then add sugar and an egg. Next, add baking soda and salt.Mix all of these together. Finally, add the flour and mix thoroughly. 2) Grease a bread pan with oil, then pour in the ingredients.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
Place it in the oven to bake for about an hour. After baking, take it out and let it cool down before serving. Using a mortar and pestle is actually easier for grinding nuts. The flavor will be better when made with overripe bananas, so don't throw away your overly ripe bananas and make a rich banana bread instead!
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork.

Then add butter and stir. Add sugar and eggs, then pour in baking soda and salt. Mix them together.

Finally, mix in the flour.
2) Grease a bread pan, then pour the ingredients into it.

Sprinkle the crushed walnuts on top. Mortar and Pestle are used for grinding spices in English.

Bake in the oven for an hour.. Take it out to cool down afterwards.

Ripe bananas make the cake more delicious. So if you have overripe bananas, don't throw them away; make a rich Banana bread instead!
