CreamBroccoliMushrooms The ingredients for the soup: 1 broccoli head, about 8 mushrooms, 50ml cream, milk 300ml, water or stock 250ml,Butter 1 piece (about 20g), 1/2 teaspoon salt, black pepper or white pepper 1/3 teaspoon
Creamy Broccoli and Mushroom Soup:
1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces, cut the mushrooms into small pieces, wash them thoroughly and drain the water.
2. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat. First, add the broccoli to the pan and fry until slightly colored, then add the mushrooms and continue frying until the vegetables have reduced in size and become soft. Then add clear water (or stock), just enough to cover the vegetables, and continue simmering.
3. When the vegetables are almost tender, add milk and continue simmering until all the vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Turn off the heat when done.
4. Allow the ingredients to cool slightly, then transfer them into a blender and blend thoroughly to get a thick paste.
5. Pour the soup mixture back into the pot, adjust the thickness according to personal preference by adding an appropriate amount of water (or stock), cream, salt, black pepper, and bring to a boil until fully blended, then it's ready!
Note: If you don't have butter, any ordinary oil can be used instead, but avoid oils with strong flavors. Adding milk is to reduce the use of cream, allowing for both creamy flavor without being too greasy. Learn to cook
