Pawpaw Mushroom Ear Rib Meat Ingredients for the Soup:Silver Ear 50g, 1 pawpaw about 200g,Pork Rib 300g bones, appropriate salt,Ginger 2 slices
Pawpaw Mushroom Ear Rib Soup Preparation:
1. Soak silver ear in water, remove the stem, peel and seed pawpaw, cut into pieces; wash rib meat, slice and blanch.
2. Put water in a soup pot, add rib slices and ginger slices and boil over high heat, then add silver ear and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour. 3. After about 1 hour, add pawpaw pieces to the soup, continue to simmer for another 30 minutes, then season with appropriate salt before serving.
