Blueberry pudding recipe


Ingredients Introduction
Pure milk 500g sugar 50g eggs 4 pieces blueberries sauce as needed
Blueberry Pudding Steps:

1. Pour the sugar and pure milk into a pot, heat over medium heat while stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

2. Beat the eggs.

3. Pour the egg mixture into the cooled milk.

4. Strain the combined liquid 3-4 times.

5. Pour the strained pudding liquid into a pudding mold, leaving some space at the top.

6. Fill a baking dish with hot water, enough to cover half of the pudding mold.

7. Place it in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.

8. Remove the pudding from the oven once done, let it cool before adding blueberry sauce.

9. It can be enjoyed hot or chilled overnight for a different taste.
