How to Make Rose Coconut Jelly


Ingredients Introduction
Milk 250g Slightly sweet Butter 160g dry Rosa chinensis petals appropriate amount Gelatin 4g Sugar 30g~35g Beli pearls milo milk
Rose Milo milk Steps to make the custard:

1. Soak rose petals in milk.(It's best to let it sit overnight for a stronger flavor), seal and store in the refrigerator.

2. Boil water, pour milo milk into the pot, cook until small white hearts appear, turn off heat and simmer until fully transparent, cool under cold water then set aside.3. Strain out the milk from the rose petals and add sugar to boil. 4. Add slightly sweetened cream, stir evenly, then add gelatin that has been softened in ice water, stirring until well combined.

5. Filter if necessary.

6. Pour into cups lined with milo pearls, cover, and refrigerate for more than four hours.

7. Take out and sprinkle crushed rose petals on top, add some fruit as decoration!

8. A beautiful dessert is ready!
