How to Make Vanilla Yogurt Cherry Ice Cream

Recently made sour CreamDessert Addicted, try again this time Yogurt Oily Ice cream Use yogurt instead of part of the ice cream ingredients milk cream Resulting in a richer and sweeter ice cream; you won't want Haggadah this summer!

Ingredients Introduction
Main ingredients:Milk(100g) Egg yolks(2 pieces)Cornstarch(1 teaspoon) Granulated sugar (35g) Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon) Yogurt cream (150g) Auxiliary ingredients: CherryCherry marmalade ( ) Vanilla yogurt cream
Cherry Ice cream preparation steps: Prepare the required materials

Mix egg yolks with granulated sugar until slightly puffed and white

Add milk to a small saucepan with vanilla extract, heat until bubbles form around the edge, then turn off the heat

Gradually add hot milk to the egg yolk mixture while stirring continuously to mix evenly

Add cornstarch and stir well

Pour the mixed liquid back into the small saucepan and heat until thickened, then remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate to chill.

Mix yogurt cream with chilled milk liquid, pour into an ice cream maker container

Start the

bread mixture program; the ice cream is being stirred during this process. After the program ends, take about 1/3 of the soft ice cream and place it in a container. Evenly spread cherry jam on top.

Add another 1/3 of the ice cream, then add more cherry jam, and finally pour in the remaining ice cream, spreading evenly before freezing in the refrigerator's freezer compartment until hard.

Before eating, remove from the freezer and use an ice cream scoop to serve

Tips:
If you prefer a colder texture, freeze for half an hour before eating.
For a smoother consistency, add one more mix cycle after the program ends according to personal preference. Make sure to pre-chill the ice cream maker bucket. I used the PE8500W bread machine's IMIX ice cream-making program. I used the PE8500W bread machine's IMIX ice cream specialized program.
