How to make tafy (cooling jelly)

Self-made Tapioca Jelly, with a tender and smooth texture, crystal clear and refreshing. As the weather gets hotter, make a bowl of tapioca jelly for your family to enjoy during summer!
Main Ingredients
Green Beans Starch 250 grams Water 1250 milliliters
Auxiliary Materials
Salt 3 grams Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste Vinegar 2 tablespoons Sugar 1 teaspoon Boiled and cooled water appropriate amount Chili Oil Oil 1 teaspoon Cucumber Slices
How to Make Tapioca Jelly
1. Green bean starch.

2. Mix 250 grams of cold water with the green bean starch.

3. Boil 1000 milliliters of water in a pot.

4. Once boiling, pour the tapioca mixture into the pot and reduce heat to low.

5. Rapidly stir continuously until it becomes transparent; then turn off the heat.

6. Pour into an ungreased dish.

7. Allow to cool and set.

8. Cut into pieces.

9. Mix all seasonings in a bowl.

10. Place tapioca jelly and cucumber slices in the bowl, then pour the dressing over it.




Cooking Tips
When cooking the starch mixture, stir continuously at the bottom to prevent burning.
