How to Make Orange Ice Pop

After Children's Day, summer truly arrives, and we can enjoy snow ice cream again! Today morning, I made this mandarin ice cream. It takes half a day to freeze into shape, then it's ready to eat. Refreshing and cooling, making ice cream at home is endlessly fun!
Main ingredients
milk powder (Yili brand) 20 grams baking soda 4 grams 450 ml warm water Auxiliary materials
ice cream mold set
80 grams of mandarin flavored solid beverage How to make mandarin ice cream
Prepare the ingredients and tools
Put baking soda into a bowl Add 450 ml warm water and the mandarin flavored solid beverage Then add full-fat milk powder

Mix well

Cool down, then pour into disinfected ice cream molds, filling them almost to the top

Insert the ice cream sticks, then place in the refrigerator to freeze for half a day. Once frozen, remove from the mold and enjoy.

Cooking tips

Baking soda must be accurately measured; excessive amounts can cause alkalosis.

Also, make sure to use baking soda specifically for baking;




2. Elderly people, patients with kidney diseases, and those with stomach ulcers should avoid baking soda as it may lead to perforation of the stomach.
3. Dip the ice cream mold rim in boiling water for a few seconds just below the edge before removing it from the mold.4. If you don't have mandarin flavored solid beverage, you can replace the water with an equivalent amount of fresh mandarin juice.Baking use dedicated baking soda for food;2. Elderly people, kidney patients, and those with stomach ulcers should avoid baking soda as it poses a risk of gastric perforation;3. Boil the ice cream mold for a few seconds under running hot water to easily remove it;4. Substitute an equal amount of fresh mandarin juice if you do not have mandarin-flavored solid beverage.
