Vanilla Yogurt Sauce Cherry Ice Cream Recipe

Recently tried making it sour melted buttersweet dessert addicted, trying again this time yogurt oil ice cream use yogurt instead of ice cream as one of the ingredients heavy cream making the ice cream richer and sweeter, making you not want to have Haigas this summer!

milk egg yolks (2 pieces),

milk into a small pot with vanilla extract, heat until tiny bubbles form around the edge of the pot, then turn off the heat gradually add hot milk to the egg yolk mixture while stirring continuously to mix evenly add cornstarch and stir well

Transfer the mixture back into the small pot and heat until it thickens, remove from heat and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate to chill down

mix yogurt cheese with the chilled milk mixture to form ice cream liquid, pour into an ice cream maker container

start the

mixing program on the bread machine

ice cream is being mixed during this process

after the program ends, take about 1/3 of the soft ice cream and place it in a container, evenly spread with cherry sauce

add another 1/3 ice cream, then top with more cherry sauce, finish adding the remaining ice cream and smooth out the surface, then freeze in the refrigerator until hard

before eating, take out of the freezer and use an ice cream scoop to serve tips if you prefer a colder texture, you can freeze it for half an hour before serving.

depending on personal preference, you can add another mix cycle after the program ends for a smoother texture.make sure to pre-chill the ice cream bowl beforehand. I used the PE8500W bread machine IMIX ice cream making function.

10. Then add another 1/3 of the ice cream, spread with cherry sauce, and finish by adding the remaining ice cream to level it out. Place in the refrigerator's freezer compartment until firm.

11. Before serving, remove from the freezer and use an ice cream scoop to serve in balls.
Tip
1 For a colder texture, you can freeze for half an hour before eating.2 For a smoother texture, add one more iMix according to personal preference after the program ends.3 Remember to pre-freeze the ice bucket before making.4 I used the PE8500W bread machine's IMIX ice cream-making program.
