Sweet Taste - How to Make Sweet Potato Pudding

Today's recipe is for sweet potato pudding. I've recently shot many recipes, with satisfactory final images.     Main ingredients:Eggs (2)(120 grams) sweet potatoes (120 grams), fresh milk (200 milliliters)Sugar (50 grams) Optional: vanilla essence (3 milliliters)
    Cooking tools:Steamer Category Jellies and desserts Sweet dessert steamed for half an hour, moderate difficulty

    Prepare all ingredients.

    Beat the egg yolks and set aside.

    Peel and cut sweet potatoes into small pieces.

    Cook with water for 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat and set aside.

    In another pot, add milk and sugar.

    7. Heat over low flame until the sugar dissolves, then turn off the heat.

    8. Cool the sweet potato pieces and add them to a pudding mold (I used larger sweet potatoes; 120 grams is just right).

    9. Add the cooled milk mixture into beaten egg yolks.

    10. Mix until well combined.

    11. Strain the mixture through a sieve.

    12. Pour the strained liquid back into the pudding mold, filling it up to about 9/10 full (my sweet potatoes were slightly larger, so it was almost full).

    13. Steam in a pot of cold water; once boiling, steam on medium-high heat for 8 minutes.

    14. After 8 minutes, open the lid; the pudding has expanded but did not overflow.

    15. Remove and let cool before refrigerating for 2 hours. Allow to warm up before serving; alternatively, you can eat it directly as a dessert, though I generally prefer not to do so.

    Tips:

    1 You can also steam the sweet potatoes first then cut them into pieces, which saves time. Haha
