How to Make Thai Style Roasted Chicken Legs

Ingredients:Chicken thighs

Seasoning: Thai style Roasted chicken Marinade, salt, fresh Ginger

1. Cut some small incisions on the surface of the chicken thighs to facilitate flavor absorption

2. Grate the ginger

3. One packet of Thai roast chicken marinade

4. Pour in the Thai roast chicken marinade and ginger paste, 1 spoonful of salt

5. Mix well with the marinade powder; put on food-grade gloves to ensure even mixing

6. Place in a freezer bag, refrigerate overnight for marination

7. Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes

8. Put the marinated chicken thighs into the air fryer basket and roast at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes

9. Check the cooking progress by pulling out the basket, brush any remaining marinade water over the chicken legs and turn them over

10. Once done, remove the chicken thighs and place them on a serving dish

11. Serve with vegetables and Tomato sauce and enjoy
