How to Make Mango Ice Cream


Make it yourself without additives, healthy, friends can try it out if you have time,

Main ingredients: Cut mango (about 250 grams), 4 pieces Milk(280 grams)Egg yolks(1 piece)
Seasonings:Sugar(100 grams)Mild Cream(50 grams)

Mango Ice Cream recipe:

1. Pure milk, light cream, cut and peeled mangoes blended in a mixer

2. Pour the milk into a small pot and heat on low until boiling, I used a stainless steel bowl; since there was little milk, I didn't use a pot. Add half of the sugar to the milk and stir until it dissolves

3. Remove from heat after the milk is cooked, then mix in light cream. Blend the mangoes with sugar, add them to the milk mixture.

4. Mix well, my mango wasn't blended too finely; if you want a smoother texture, blend it more.

5. Pour into containers and freeze. Take out every 40 minutes and stir once. The more times you stir, the finer the texture and better the taste.

7. It's ready to eat tomorrow, but it still needs more stirring; there are ice crystals forming.
