Cherry soup ingredients and tools
Main ingredient: sour cherries (1000 grams)

Method of making cherry soup:

1. Rinse with clean water to remove dust, then soak in salty water for about ten minutes, rinse until there is no salt taste.

2. Add
sugar to marinate until juice comes out,

3. Put it in the pot and cook, adjust water and sugar according to personal preference, until the fruit flesh separates and the sourness comes out.
