Asparagus Known as the king of vegetables, asparagus is rich in various amino acids,
proteins and vitamins, with contents higher than most fruits and vegetables. Its variety of preparation methods includes simply eating it fresh or blanched.
Ingredients and tools for blanched asparagus
Main ingredients: Asparagus (350 grams)
Seasonings:
Olive oil( ) Green onion white part (one segment)
Steaming Shrimp soy sauce (a little)
Red pepper( ) Salt (a little)

Steps for blanched asparagus:

This is a small bunch of asparagus.

Wash and use a peeler to remove the old skin from the base,

then boil water with salt and a little oil added,

and once it boils, put in the asparagus to blanch. If unsure about doneness, bite the base of one shoot; it should snap easily.

Remove the asparagus after about 1 minute.
Pour Shrimp soy sauce over the asparagus.

Garnish with green onion strips and red pepper segments,

then heat olive oil in a wok on low heat until it smokes,

and pour it over the green onions while hot.
Tip:
The base of the asparagus should be peeled, and blanching time should not be too long.
