Main ingredients: mushrooms (300g)
Seasoning: Green Onion (20g)
Ginger (5g)
Soy Sauce(5g) Sugar (3g) Salt (3g)
MSG (2g)

How to Make Stir-fried Mushrooms:

Ingredients Prepare: 300g of mushrooms;20g of green onion;5g of ginger;5g of Wei Ji Xian soy sauce;3g of sugar;3g of salt;2g of MSG;

Gently separate the mushrooms, cut them into small pieces, and rinse with clean water.

Place the mushrooms in a pot of boiling water for about 2 minutes, then remove and set aside.

Cut the green onion and ginger into threads and fry them in a heated oil pan until fragrant.

Add the boiled and drained mushrooms to the pan along with soy sauce, sugar, salt, and MSG. Stir-fry;

After 1-2 minutes of stir-frying, transfer to a plate and serve.
Tips:
Mushrooms are best blanched in hot water for better texture.
