Fool-Gourmand Fish Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients,
tofu, small green onions, salted duck egg, peanuts.

2. Remove the tofu from its packaging and place it whole in a dish to form a large fish shape.
3. Put the peanuts in the microwave for high power for 2 minutes, then cool slightly before chopping them into pieces and mixing with salt to prepare the seasoned peanuts. 4. Separate the egg yolk and white from the salted duck egg, chop them finely, add chopped green onions, and evenly spread them on different parts of the "fish," then cover with plastic wrap and microwave for high power for 2 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the prepared seasoned peanuts over it, and decide which taste you like best! Peanuts.
