Braised Mandarin Fish Fillets

Ingredients
Fresh bluefish fillet 250g piece
Chopped chili paste 50g
Oil as needed
Salt as needed
Scallions as needed
Ginger as needed
Soysauce as needed Rice wine 1 spoon
Sugar as needed
Monosodium glutamate (MSG) as needed

2. Heat a wok on high heat, add a little oil, then fry the bluefish fillets slightly.
3. Add scallions, ginger, soysauce, rice wine, and sugar, and simmer for a bit.
