Ingredients

Mucuna stir-fried duck steps

  1. Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot and bring it to a boil. 2. Add duck pieces, cook until they change color, remove and wash. Repeat this step with fresh water to remove the duck's stink thoroughly. Drain and set aside.

Mucuna tofu cleaned, cut into thick strips. Green garlic washed and sliced, ginger peeled and cut into slices, garlic peeled and halved, prepare accordingly.
