Lily and Lotus Seed Stewed Pig Stomach

1. Turn the pig stomach inside out and clean it thoroughly with salt and cornstarch.

2. Put the whole pig stomach in a pot, add lotus seeds and water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 1.5 hours on low heat.

3. Remove the pig stomach, slice it, add fresh lilies, put back into the pot and cook for another 15 minutes. Season with salt.
