Ingredients

  Dove 500g

raw Ginger 50g

Sufficient Shaoxing wine

Sufficient salt

Clear Steamed Steps for preparing the dove

1.Whole dove Wash and cut into small pieces

2. Place in a dish, add shaoxing wine and salt

3. Mix evenly

4. Put slices of ginger on top, steam in a steamer

5. After 20-30 minutes

6. Sprinkle some green onions

7. The dove is ready
