Ingredients

  Egg one

  All-purpose flour 50g

150ml fresh milk

Appropriate amount of butter

Two fresh oranges

  Orange juice one cup

70g sugar

Citrus orange Crêpe Steps

1. Mix the egg and butter, then add sifted flour and finally melted butter.

2. Heat a little butter in a pan, pour in the previous batter mixture and cook over low heat until golden brown.

3. Combine orange pulp and juice with sugar, bring to a boil, then add the cooked crêpe and simmer briefly.
