Dry-fried potato strips

Ingredients
Potatoes 300g
Oil as needed
Salt as needed
Corn kernels Starch As needed
Black Sesame seeds As needed
Scallion segments as needed
White sugar as needed
Chicken powder as needed
Fried Stir-fried Potato Strips Method
1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into strips about as thick as a matchstick
2. Rinse the potato strips to remove starch, then cook in a pot until 70% done
3. Remove from heat and drain off water
4. Mix with cornstarch
5. Toss evenly
6. Heat oil in a pan, add potato strips and stir-fry
7. Fry until the surface turns golden yellow, then add salt
8. Add sugar
9. Add chicken powder
10. Add black sesame seeds and mix evenly
11. Before serving, add scallion segments
12. Mix well before serving
