Stir-Fried Intestines in a Pan with Glutinous Rice Flour Sauce

Ingredients

  Peanuts Rice 100g

  Sweet and Sour Peanuts Steps for Rice

1. Heat oil in a pot over low heat, add peanuts and fry until cooked,

2. Remove from heat, let cool, then sprinkle with some salt,

3. Cut cucumber into pieces,

4. Add cucumber to the peanuts,

5. Add 2 teaspoons vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce, mix well,

Fried Intestine with Sichuan Flavor

1.Intestines First wash intestine thoroughly under running water, both inside and outside. Rub with salt to remove odor and clean,

2. Put washed intestines in a pot of hot water,

3. Add rice wine and slices of ginger, simmer for one hour on low heat until pierced by a toothpick, then remove,

4. Cut intestine into small pieces, prepare some ginger slices,

5. Wash garlic sprouts and chili peppers,

6. Slice garlic sprouts diagonally, cut chili peppers also,

7. Heat oil in a pot, add a few perilla seeds and ginger slices to release aroma, then add intestines and stir-fry,

8. Add salt as needed,

9. Add rice wine and soysauce, stir until colored,

10. Once colored, remove intestines,

11. In another pot, heat oil, add chili peppers to release flavor,

12. Add garlic sprouts, season with salt as needed,

13. Cook until garlic sprouts are tender, then add stir-fried intestines, mix well, add MSG and stir evenly before turning off the heat and serving.

Tips

Adding salt to wash intestines helps remove odor and disinfect.

Intestine should be soft and tender when cooked; shorten cooking time if you prefer a chewy texture.

Steps for Sliced Pork

  1. Slice pork, 2. Marinate meat with starch, five-spice powder, salt, MSG, and one egg for half an hour,

5. Mix Sichuan pepper paste with sugar and water,

6. Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry cabbage,

7. Remove cooked cabbage from heat and set aside.

8. Heat oil in the same pot, add ingredients from step 4 and stir-fry,

9. Add Sichuan pepper paste, stir until fragrant,

10. Pour water into the pot,

11. Bring to a boil then add cabbage,

12. Boil again, put in meat slices.

13. Cook pork until done, sprinkle with garlic flakes and five-spice powder, dried chili powder.

Heat oil in another pot, pour over the dish.

TipsStir-frying cabbage first prevents it from releasing too much water when boiled.
