Beer Duck

Ingredients
Duck 1000g
1 bottle of beer
Dry chilies as needed
star anise as needed
sugar as needed
old soy sauce as needed
salt as needed
cooking wine as needed
scallions ginger as needed
Beer Duck Steps to make
1. Clean the duck, drain the water.
2. Massage the duck.
3. Chop the duck meat into large pieces, cut the scallions and ginger into sections;chop duck meatmarinate for over an hour.
4. Heat a wok, add duck pieces and stir-fry on high heat until most of the moisture is gone.
5. Drain out the duck oil.
6. Leave a little duck fat in the pan, fry scallions, ginger, dried chilies, star anise and old soy sauce for color.
7. Pour in beer just enough to cover the duck meat.
8. Add sugar, boil on high heat, then simmer on medium heat.
9. Reduce the broth to a large portion, add salt to taste, and quickly thicken the sauce.
10. Sprinkle with scallion garnish before serving.
Tips
When massaging the duck, you can apply some salt for better effect. Better results.
